             2) I AM CALM, COOL, CAPABLE, COMFORTABLE, COMPETENT, CONFIDENT, AND COMPLETE.

 (UNDERSTAND COMPLETE TO MEAN, YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO DO ANYTHING YOU NEED OR WANT TO DO.)

Part 2  

  Is a list of rules which are used to manage one’s conscious behavior.

They are all about recognizing your options and choosing the ones that will serve you best in the long run and not in the short term.

   KNOW WHO YOU ARE, WHERE YOU ARE, AND WHERE YOU ARE GOING. OWN YOUR LIFE AND THE GROUND YOU STAND ON.

   HOW?     Be self-lead, not symptom lead. Use these rules as tools to manage your conscious behavior.

 Learn these rules, when and how to use them.                                  (One-liner yourself to be your best self.)

  Every act of self-control, leads to self-respect. 

   Self-respect increases self-esteem.  Self worth.

    Love yourself and your character. 

     Humor is our best friend, temper our worst enemy.

      Don’t take your dear self to seriously.

       Everything changes. Everything happens for a reason.

        Everything you think about, you bring about.

          Predispose yourself to disappointments and frustrations.

           They come not at our bidding, every minute of the day.

             Trials, trials, trials, and ceaseless trials… endorse…endorse….endorse

               Predispose yourself to disappointments and you will never be disappointed.

                Do the things you fear and hate to do. (Have to or want to do.)

                  Doing things to get better, not waiting to get better to do things. 

                   Recognize your gains, endorse yourself for making them.

                    Endorsement empowers.  Endorsement eradicates self-blame.

                      A muscular performance educates the brain.  Act & Endorse.

                        Nothing is as convincing as a muscular performance.

                          When you see it, you can believe it. Use objectivity.

                           Objectivity refers to the facts.  Subjectivity is how you feel about the facts

                             See the total point of view.  See the choices.  (+’s & -‘s)

                               Be decisive.  Plain, decide & act.  Failing to plan is a plan to Fail.                                        

                                  Every decision terminates a panic.

                                   Believe you can and you will.  Believe and Achieve.

                                     What you believe you can & will achieve.

                                       Act enthusiastic, be enthusiastic.  Just do it.

                                         Change I can’t to I can.  I am an AmeriCAN.

                                           I can have a can do it attitude!         I do have a can do attitude.

                                             I can’t means I care not to take the trouble to do it. (or bear the discomfort.)

                                               I can means I am able to do it.  And if I am able, I can choose to be willing to do it.

  Comfort is a want, not a need.  Have the will to bear your discomfort.

   Bare your discomfort and strengthen your will.

     Pain is temporary, Pride is forever.

      It is not the event; it is our attitude to the event.

        Not letting the outer environment disturb my inner peace.

          People say and do things that irritate us, not to irritate us.

            Temper is the intellectual blindness to the other side of the story.

              Fearful temper => (is at ourselves) Angry temper => (is at others).

                Give up the vanity of knowing better and win the will to peace.

                  Peace leads to understanding, power leads to misunderstanding.

                    When we give up the muscular habit of complaining,

                      we give up the mental habit of defeatism.

                        Be group minded. Choose fellowship over sovereignty.

                          Be self-lead, not symptom lead. Wear the mask. Make no issue of it.

Give up the passion to be saintly, heroic, or angelic.                                                                                                              

 Give up exceptional behavior, strive to be average or appropriate.

  Give up the passion to be saintly, heroic, or angelic... (Exceptional)  Be Average.

    Give up the passion to judge others...  Be objective, use objectivity.    

      Give up the passion to blame, which produces angry temper.

        Give up the passion for self- blame, which produces fearful temper.

          Every act of self-control is a gain and leads to self-respect.

           Recognize each gain you make, endorse yourself for making the gain...and win your success. 

             Endorsement eradicates self-blame.   Effort, Endorsement, Success.

 An insincere gesture of good will is better than a sincere outburst of temper.

  Have the will to believe, to choose, to disbelieve, and/or to decide.   Every decision terminates a panic.

      Where do you get the courage to make a decision? (A mistake.)

        From the knowledge that you can always make a new decision to correct an incorrect decision.

                                          (A mistake.)

       Endorsement eradicates self-blame.

           Self- endorsement produces self- respect.

              Emotions need to be expressed…tempers repressed.         

Every thought results in a muscular performance. (response)   

 Every muscular performance educates the brain.                                                                                                      

  Sensations are distressing, but not dangerous.

   Sensations and symptoms come not at our bidding.

     Lowered feelings come not at our bidding.  Choose the will to peace   .                                                                                           

      Face, tolerate, and endure…  Will vs. Fate….  Will vs. Wait?

         Wait with patience and the symptoms will subside…

           Trials, trials, trials, and ceaseless trials… endorse…endorse….endorse

             Taking care of you is a step by step procedure...

               Step by step you will get to where you decide to go. .                                                                                                                               

                 Change insecure thoughts to secure thoughts

                   Change your thoughts from negative to positive and count as a gain.

                   Changes in actions from negative to positive are counted as gains.

                     Positive gains, endorsed guarantees you success.

                       Recognize each gain you make and endorse yourself for making it.

 FIST—   FEELINGS – IMPULSES – ARE SPONTANEOUS

                   SENSATIONS – THOUGHTS -- ARE ACCESSIBLE FROM OUR WILLS.

WAIT WITH PATIENCE

  –CONSIDER THE OPTIONS

      –CHOOSE THE MOST APPROPRIATE OPTION

        --DO WHAT YOU SHOULD DO, NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO DO.

           --THE ONE THAT WILL SERVE YOU BEST IN THE LONG RUN, NOT THE SHORT TERM.

              --ACT DECISIVELY.  EVERY DECISION TERMINATES A PANIC.

    WHERE DO YOU GET THE COURAGE TO MAKE A DECISION?

        FROM THE KNOWLEDGE, THAT IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE,

          YOU CAN ALWAYS MAKE ANOTHER DECISION, TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE.
